Dr. Olivier-Charles Bernardin ATTINDEHOU

Dr. Olivier-Charles Bernardin Attindehou currently serves as the Secretary General of the High Commission for Corruption Prevention (HCPC) in the Republic of Benin.
He brings over 13 years of multidisciplinary experience across academia, international organizations, and public governance. Dr. Attindehou has held prominent roles including lecturer in Political Science and International Relations at the University of Lyon III and the University of Burgundy, and Communications Officer at INTERPOL’s Sub-Regional Bureaus, where he managed strategic visibility and international outreach. He has also worked extensively as a consultant and trainer, supporting legal professionals and public institutions in strategic monitoring, governance reform, and anti-corruption efforts.
Dr. Attindehou holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University, with a specialization in international public policy, security, and strategic analysis. He is a published author and recognized expert in political transition, ethical governance, and crisis management in Francophone Africa.
